So, why a blog? Would you believe peer pressure? No? Um...Okay.

Because there are things that I want to talk about and rant about that don't really fit at one of the forums I participate in and that might only be of slight interest to the people I talk to in real life and I need to get that sort of thing out of my head from time to time.

Because I've always been fascinated by the people who write weekly columns and I wonder how I'd do.

Because I finally decided I don't care if nobody ever reads it (but I wish that they will) I need to write it.
